PERFECT TIMING
FINISH LINE, TIMING & DATA ENTRY TERMS AND AGREEMENT

PERFECT TIMING will provide the following:

- On-line registration at active.com, if desired
- Assistance with your registration form design
- Help with purchasing bib numbers compatible with PERFECT TIMING services
- Data entry of registrants, including race-day
- Two or more professional race staff personnel for race-day supervision/management
- Timing equipment necessary to produce results
- Large display finish line clock and stand
- Training and supervision of timing volunteers
- Printed and posted results on race-day immediately following race
- Award results for post race awards ceremony
- Race results broken down into chronological, alphabetical, and award divisions, plus statistics
- Complete participant database on disk
- Individualized email results sent to participants with valid email addresses
- Results to local media upon request
- Complete results sent to your webmaster, if desired

Other services available:

Mailing labels after race, for awards or results mail-outs at $.10 per name yes no
Consulting in all aspects of race process (aid stations, permits, registration, etc.) at $50/hour yes no
Coaching individuals or teams in nutrition, conditioning, techniques and more at $50/hour yes no

The "race" is responsible for the following:

- Description and diagram of finish area and facilities two weeks before race day
- Registrations delivered hours before the race, categorized by race distance and in numerical order (bib)
- Race-day registration takers
- The "race" is to provide the following number of finish line volunteers (see attached description): ______
- Electrical power for computers and printers (at least two grounded outlets)
- Securing the finish line area against vehicle traffic and crowds
- At least one hour the day before the race to train volunteers
- Finish line chute system and equipment set up
