What PERFECT TIMING provides:

* assistance in purchasing race numbers compatible with PERFECT TIMING's services

* guidance in designing data sections of entry form (we discount our fees if your form meets our standards)

* data entry of registrants

* race-day data entry when necessary

* online registration with active.com if desired (we discount our fees when online registrants exceed 500)

* accurate timing of your event

* large display finish line clock and stand

* announcer's computer or pre-race roster for identifing participants approaching the finish line

* results, preliminary and final, printed and posted

* complete printout of results in various forms

* computer floppy disk of official results

* computer disk of mailing list and database

* individualized email results sent to participants with valid email addresses

* race results sent to media and webmaster of your choice

What PERFECT TIMING needs from you:

* pre-registration forms before event

* 10 to 40 volunteers, depending on the size of the race(s)

* one hour of time for training of volunteers a day before the event

* description and diagram of finish area and facilities prior to event day

* on-site electrical supply for timing equipment

* traffic and crowd control of finish area

* finish line chutes and equipment

* fenced and controlled chip removal zone for chip timed races

FEE STRUCTURE:

UP ^

* $2.00 per entrant

* $3.00 per race-day entrant

* $1.00 per person for registration data entry only (no results)

* $0.60 per mile travel expenses to and from Bozeman MT

* $500.00 minimum fee per event using pull tag timing

* $1000.00 minimum fee per event using chip timing

* $1.50 for each lost chip

* accommodations for PERFECT TIMING crew

* possible discounts for online registraction and other items, contact PERFECT TIMING
